Patrick Bock is a partner in the Brussels office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. He joined the firm in Washington DC in 2003 and has practiced US and European antitrust and competition law on both sides of the Atlantic since then. He has been a resident partner in the firm’s Washington, Cologne and Brussels offices. Mr. Bock’s practice covers the full range of U.S. and European antitrust and competition law including leading client representations in merger control matters (such as AT&T/T-Mobile, GSK/Novartis, and Thales/Gemalto), cartel matters (including the freight forwarding, various auto parts, white goods, and ethylene cartels), conduct investigations and compliance reviews across various industries on both sides of the Atlantic.
Mr. Bock is a member of the Brussels, Cologne, Washington DC and Illinois bars. He received his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School in 2003, and earned a B.A. degree in Economics and International Studies from Yale University in 2000.
